Greg’s priority is to provide a productive and fun environment in which brokers can prosper. He is passionate about giving his brokers the tools and support they need to meet their goals, and to serve their clients.

Greg is passionate about the importance giving back to the community. He is personally involved in the support of many local organizations and is our cheerleader for the brokers who regularly volunteer their time in support of our community. In 2014, Greg was awarded the John M. Fluke Sr. Community Leader Award by the Economic Alliance of Snohomish County.

Evan Johnson

BRANCH MANAGER/BROKER

Helping real estate brokers succeed is Evan’s passion. His commitment to our office’s outstanding brokers, along with our firm’s ability to offer the best tools, support, and brand recognition in the region, makes for an unbeatable combination. As a non-selling Branch Manager, Evan is readily available to help our brokers succeed and works to make their real estate careers both fun and rewarding.

Evan’s work history includes over 33 years of leadership experience supporting high-achieving sales professionals. This experience allows him a unique understanding of the importance of ‘serving our customers to the best of our ability.’ In the real estate business, his customers’ are brokers and staff.

SABINA AVDIC

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Sabina has lived in the Pacific Northwest since 1993. While she enjoys returning to her homeland (Bosnia) to visit her family and friends, she considers the Pacific Northwest her home. Outside of work, Sabina enjoys baking, traveling, outdoor activities, dancing, and spending time with friends and family. Shortly after graduating from Ingraham High School in Seattle, WA. Sabina attended Business Computer Training Institute in Everett, WA.

Sabina has a passion for working in the real estate industry and stays abreast of the latest developments in technology and real estate. She strives to provide excellent service and quality work in her key position. Her experience makes her a great resource for all of the people she supports. Sabina is optimistic, attentive, detail oriented, and loves helping others.

JAN ALLEN

FRONT DESK COORDINATOR

Originally from the East Coast, Jan has lived in the Pacific NW since 2010. She settled in the Edmonds area, instantly loving the sights and sounds of the town. Her hobbies are art in all its creative forms, reading, walking, creating cards and singing.

Jan has had a varied working life. From banking to preschool teaching, to elder home care to secretarial positions and even a school bus driver. All of this variation, allows Jan a broad base of experience. She is never afraid to try her hand at whatever task needs to be accomplished. Jan loves to meet new people and enjoys making them feel welcome when they walk in the door and she finds it exciting to meet the challenging needs of all of the Broker’s.
